A Drug Free Solution For Boosting Your Energy Levels With The Yantra Acupressure Mat

yantra matIt’s a lovely looking yoga type mat which you can roll into a convenient pouch, just as a meditation mat would. The Yantra Mat is made of pure cotton and it has 8,820 raised points that are positioned to offer similar acupressure within the area of the mat. The flowers are located on each mat to make sure that the same pressure is applied at all points. I had been very excited to try this out, mainly because I had been struggling with severe anxiousness and worry, the Yantra Mat says it can help with this, coupled with making it easier for you to sleep, boosting levels of energy and helping with general pains and aches.

The Benefits

Using this mat is a superb method to relieve stress and energise, restoring blood flows of your body. An acupressure mat may also trigger the sort of mind boost and motivation which normally achieved with prolonged meditation or intensive exercise. Using it is so relaxing that it is quite normal to actually drift off when using it

The Yantra Mat works on the principle of acupressure. By pressing 12 Meridians around the body it helps to release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood and may aid the body’s natural healing process.

To achieve the best acupressure effect you will need to use the mat against bare skin however in the beginning until you’re accustomed to it it is a good idea to wear a t-shirt.

The creators of the mat carried out a consumer survey, see the results of that survey below.

Just under half explained that they use their mat to get better sleep
A third said they use the acupressure mat to help reduce stress
I really didn’t believe when i ordered it that it would stand up to it claims, however I have been using it on a daily basis for 4 weeks and, what can I say, it does work. Lying on my back was uncomfortable in the beginning, but after a  a warm sensation spread throughout my entire body. But it sure is spiky! I though I might be able to use the spikes with no top on but it was very painful.  There’s one occasion when I scratched one of my fingers on one of the spikes and it was sharp enough to pierce the skin, ensure young children cannot get at it.
